BEGINNER Course

  • Our block courses provide a structured foundation in either 
    Mat Pilates (10 weeks) or Reformer Pilates (5 weeks).

  • These intensive courses allow you to learn the basics at a steady pace with a dedicated group.

  • Important: Block courses/privates are a prerequisite for joining our group classes.

  • Missed a class? No problem! Your credits can be used for other beginner sessions within the block.

Private Sessions (Personalized Attention)

  • Book a Private session for individualized attention.

  • Either do only 1 Private session ($85) with a qualified instructor who to take you over the basic principles and Pilates exercises.

  • Or purchase a pack or 3 Private sessions ($240), highly recommend this if you have any injuries.

  • If you would prefer to only do Private sessions you can now book a weekly standing session with us. Receive a tailored program specialy to your specific needs and goals ($750 for 10 sessions)

Understanding your Credits at Cambridge Pilates


Making the most of your Pilates experience!
At Cambridge Pilates, we use a convenient credit system to allow you to book your group classes.
Here's a quick rundown of how it works:

Mat Sessions = 1 Credit

Any Mat or Barre session where you are in the Mat room:
Max of 12 spaces per session

(min of 4 per class otherwise the class might
be cancelled for that week)

Reformer Sessions = 2 Credits

Any session where you will be using the Reformer machine.
Max of 6 spaces per session.

(min of 2 for the class to continue, otherwise it
might be cancelled for that week)

$800 - 40 credits
$420 - 20 credits
$220 - 10 credits
$100 - 4 credits 

(valid for 1 year from date of purchase)

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel your class reservation.

    • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a credit deduction.

  2. Credit Validity:

    • Your credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (excluding any special offer terms).

    • This ensures you have ample time to use your credits and enjoy your Pilates journey.
