MAT & REFORMER:
Revisit and reinforce your Pilates foundation with our Pilates Refresher Mat & Reformer class. This session builds upon the fundamental Pilates Principles while introducing beginner exercises. It's ideal for those with prior Pilates experience who want to refresh their skills or return to practice after a hiatus.
