WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

...in short, this is not a exercise class. It is a private 1-1.5hrs consoltation. You might lie down, but most sessions are done seated.

WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

Kinesiology is the study of movement that uses muscle testing, a form of energy biofeedback, to identify imbalances, stress, or dysfunction in your body. 

Through this testing, a Kinesiology practitioner can work with your specific issues and symptoms to find the root cause of the problem.

Kinesiology aims to detect and correct imbalances that may relate to stress, nutrition or injuries. It is a gentle yet effective therapy that taps into your body's innate wisdom to promote overall well-being and healing. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In kinesiology we use gentle muscle testing to identify imbalances within the body's energy system. 

By addressing these underlying issues, we can help your body restore balance and harmony. It's a collaborative process, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.

A Kinesiology session is a private and personalized experience. You'll primarily be seated in a comfortable chair, with some positions involving lying down on a mat for muscle testing.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Your initial Kinesiology session will involve a detailed discussion about your health history, goals, and desired outcomes. 
We will then discuss how you've been feeling and how you'd like to feel moving forward. 
During the session, you'll lie comfortably on a massage table (or if you prefer, sit in a comfortable chair).
Muscle testing will be used to guide the specific techniques and modalities employed.

At the end of the session, we'll discuss the experience and provide recommendations for

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER?

Kinesiology can bring up buried emotions, and you might feel low for a day or two before feeling the positive effects. This is a sign of deep healing and energy moving. 

Ultimately, there's no "right" way to feel after a session. Trust the process and allow your body to heal.

HOW MANY SESSIONS?

The number of Kinesiology sessions needed varies from person to person. While benefits can be seen after just one session, the greatest change often occurs over a series of sessions. 

Kinesiology is a commitment to self-improvement and positive change. 

We recommend starting with an initial session to assess your specific needs and create a personalized treatment plan. Many clients find that a package of five sessions, spaced every
2-3 weeks, provides significant benefits. 

For ongoing support and maintenance, regular sessions can be beneficial too.
